In addition to the services mentioned at the beginning of this booklet, with the catchphrase "Open & Collaboration," the NTT Group is creating new services in various fields through aggressive collaboration with various partners.

  • e-Learning

    We are promoting the optimal use of ICT in the educational field. Specifically, we offer broadband service-based home learning environments such as lessons from N-Academy taught by renowned lecturers (started in November 2009) and virtual English conversation lessons (started in May 2010) in cooperation with ALC Press Inc. Careful guidance is provided via interactive communication and students can communicate among themselves. Video conference-based lessons are also available.

  • Easy-to-Use Handsets

    We offer highly convenient handsets such as smart phones for comfortable mobile Internet usage and the Raku-Raku PHONE series, which even seniors can use easily. We also offer the Hikari LINK telecommunications equipment series including Hikari iFrame, with which anyone can use the Internet easily and conveniently. The Hikari LINK series offers new applications and the merits of fiber-optic broadband networks in an easy-to-understand way.

  • Networks for Corporate Clients

    We offer a new network service, "Universal One," which has been optimized for cloud services. The service is directly linked to the cloud service infrastructure BizCITY. Clients can introduce Universal One to their corporation quickly, given its simple service menu based on quality and price. Equipping the dual circuits as a standard system requirement and by integrating the maintenance of all systems from those for cloud services to handsets, we support clients' nonstop businesses. Moreover, we have achieved seamless global telecommunications by creating commonalities in our global network operations and integrating maintenance and operations.

  • Business Process Applications/Package

    The SOA and BPM-based "intra-mart" offers a series of easy-to-customize business process applications and a Web system platform that can be established at low cost and with a short delivery time. The completely cloud-compatible next-generation ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Solution Suite Biz∫™ (Biz Integral) is offered on the intra-mart Web platform. Using these systems, the NTT Group makes clients' business processes transparent and improves their business process management, thereby supporting agile and accurate changes in clients' business operations.
