- Bus from terminal 2 for Higashi-Fushimi or Yagisawa station (Seibu-Shinjuku Line) to Musashino-jyuutaku-mae (Musashino Housing Complex). Five minute walk to the Center. (Approx. 15 minutes all altogether)
- Take the bus for "NTT Musashino R&D Center" at terminal 4: an approx. 10-minute ride to the last stop.
On foot: A fifteen minute walk from the South exit of Higashi-Fushimi station on Seibu-Shinjuku Line.
