a corporate citizen,Team NTT involves itself in various social
contribution activities.
In 1992, the NTT Group created a Social Contribution Committee
and Social Contribution Office through which it has since
been actively working to contribute to society. Today, Team
NTT members continue to contribute to society in a variety of
ways based on the concept of corporate citizenship.
The NTT Group's support system for employee volunteer activities

We support volunteer activities in a number of ways, in the belief
that they not only contribute to the betterment of society,
but also broaden the viewpoints of our employees and nurture
consideration for others through promoting interest and involvement
in society.
Our policy for the support of volunteers contributing to the resolution
of societal issues focuses on three basic steps-cultivation
of a volunteer mindset, provision of opportunities for volunteer
work, and support for volunteers.
