Breakdown of operating revenues

The NTT Group's consolidated operating revenue for the year ended March 31, 2008 amounted to 10.6809 trillion yen, with regional communications businesses accounting for 33.7%, long distance and international communications businesses for 10.6%, mobile communications businesses for 37.7%, data communications businesses for 8.5%, and other businesses for 9.5%.

Operating revenues

The NTT Group's consolidated operating revenue for the year ended March 31, 2008 amounted to 10.6809 trillion yen, decreasing by 79.7 billion yen from the same month in the previous year.

Operating income

The NTT Group's consolidated operating revenue for the year ended March 31, 2008 amounted to 1.3046 trillion yen, increasing by 197.6 billion yen from the same month in the previous year.

Net income*

The NTT Group's consolidated net income for the year ended March 31, 2008 amounted to 635.2 billion yen, increasing by 158.3 billion yen from the same month in the previous year.

* NTT consolidated net income prior to the year ended March 31, 2007 has been changed from previously reported amounts due to the acquisition of additional shares during the year ended March 31, 2008, and in line with the retroactive application of the equity method for past years with regard to affiliated companies for which the equity method has been newly applied.
