- By Car : take the "Yokohama-Yokosuka Expressway" and get off at the "Kinugasa Interchange." It takes 10 minutes from the IC to the Center.
- By Bus : take a bus bound for "Tsuken" or "Shimin Byoin" at YRP Nobi Station on the Keihinkyuko Line. It takes about 10 minutes from YRP Nobi Station to the Center.
