Dividends

The annual dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009 will be ¥110 per share (an increase of ¥20 over the previous fiscal year) . For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2010, dividends of ¥120 per share for the full year (an increase of ¥10 over the previous fiscal year) are planned.

On January 4, 2009, NTT carried out a 100-for-1 stock split. The annual dividend (including the interim dividend) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009, calculated under the assumption that the stock split was carried out as of April 1, 2008, was ¥110 per share.
