Below is an introduction of NTT Group’s services that are closely linked to customers’ day-to-day lives and meet the needs for “peace of mind, familiarity, and simplicity” in their daily lives.
NTT DOCOMO Creates Website for Safe and Secure Mobile Phone Use by Children - “Let's Think! Our Family's Mobile Phone Rules”
In January 2009, NTT DOCOMO established the “Let's Think! Our Family's Mobile Phone Rules” page on its website to assist families in creating rules for mobile phone use by children. The site is intended for parents with children who already have mobile phones or are considering giving their children phones in the future, providing information on the importance of creating rules and key points when making such rules.
In particular, the feature “Let's Make Our Family's Rules” has a convenient function that assists users in making rules. While users answer questions as they read the explanations of key points in creating rules, rules suitable for particular family circumstances are created, compiled, displayed, and printed automatically.
NTT DOCOMO is committed to supporting safe and secure use of mobile phones by children in the future.

A safe and convenient alternative phone number for more people-Launch of “050 Anshin (Safe) Number for OCN”
NTT Com's “050 Anshin (Safe) Number” is an incoming-call service that directs incoming calls to a 050 number instead of the customer's regular Hikari Phone, fixed-line, mobile phone, or PHS number, and forwards them to a phone normally used by the customer or a voice mail center for messaging. The service can be easily set up online and no additional hardware is needed. This service meets the needs of customers who want to keep their phone numbers private or want to do away with the trouble of changing their phone numbers when moving. The service also includes a call blocking function to block nuisance calls without caller IDs.

Supporting Healthy Bodies and Minds
Operation of “Creative Health Sankenjin” Membership Portal Site
NTT DATA runs the “Creative Health Sankenjin” membership portal site, which provides fun health management services to its members (monthly charge: 315 yen (including tax)). Based on the “creative health” concept of “listening to the inner voice within one's body to maintain good health,” the site encourages improvements in lifestyle and health, offers various useful programs for preventing illness, and provides personalized advice via the Internet and e-mail. The portal offers a variety of fun and easy health management programs including: the Walking Program, which encourages users to engage in regular exercise; the Point Service, which is linked to the Walking Program; and the Lifestyle Improvement Program, which supports improvements in lifestyle habits through provision of advice tailored to individual members.
The Walking Program which Allows Users to Collect Points for Health

Members can manage the number of steps taken on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis by using the specified IT pedometer and then registering their data by plugging the pedometer into a home or work PC and logging onto the website. Every 1,000 steps can be converted into one health point (hls), and accumulated points can be exchanged for gift certificates.
More than 50,000 members have joined since Creative Health Sankenjin was launched in May 2006 as a completely new type of healthcare service that is fun and healthy and rewards its members with a point program. NTT DATA plans to continue expanding the health programs eligible for point service in the future.
