NTT
On September 18, 2012, NTT Group entered into an agreement with Centerstance Inc. (the “Company”), a U.S.-based company, to acquire all of the shares of the Company. The Company began operation as NTT Centerstance, Inc. (“Centerstance”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT, in November 2012.

Centerstance has been involved in over 2,000 projects for customers ranging from small and midsize businesses to Fortune Global 500 companies*2.

Background of the Acquisition
NTT is seeking to expand its global operations, and now boasts an overseas customer base exceeding 10,000 companies, generating US$11.6 billion in overseas sales during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, with over 45,000 employees working in 69 countries. Consistent with NTT's global cloud strategy, with the aim of providing a variety of cloud services, delivery models and other solutions to customers, NTT has acquired innovative cloud-related technologies through group companies NTT DATA, Dimension Data and NTT Communications. As Centerstance and NTT group companies work closely together, NTT will be able to provide customer information communication environments through “one-stop management,” from “applications,” “IaaS, data centers and networks” to “devices,” for everything from configuration to operation.
