Mitsuyoshi Kobayashi joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation in April 1982. In May 2002, he became a Senior Manager of the Personnel Department of NTT West. In June 2006, he became a General Manager of the Okayama Branch of NTT West. In July 2008, he became a General Manager of the Service Management Department of NTT. In June 2010, he became a Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Service Management Department of NTT. In June 2012, he was elected to his current positions of Senior Vice President and Director of the Technology Planning Department of NTT and Director of the Strategic Business Development Division of NTT.
