Each and every employee of the NTT Group is personally
involved
in protecting the global environment as a member
of global society.
For example, at the corporate level, we have implemented
Operation Clean Environment to encourage support for, and participation
in social activities related to environmental protection. NTT Group employees
volunteered to help local residents clean up, including cleaning seashores
and rivers, as well as planting trees and flowers.
This concentration of individual efforts is a major
source of energy behind Telecommunications in Symbiosis with the Earth.
