Results of Sale of NTT DoCoMo Shares Owned by NTT
Offered in Response to Stock Buy-Back by NTT DoCoMo


Further to the news release of July 29, 2002 concerning the sale of NTT DoCoMo, Inc. shares owned by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation offered in response to the stock buy-back by NTT DoCoMo executed through ToSTNet-2, the results of the sale are as follows.


1. Number of shares sold: 551,000 shares

2. Price per share: 269,000 yen

3. Total amount: 148,219,000,000 yen
