April 26, 2007 Notice Concerning Change of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation ("NTT") hereby announces the resignation of its independent registered public accounting firm, Misuzu Audit Corporation ("Misuzu"). 1.Reasons for Change Misuzu and KPMG AZSA & Co. have been NTT's independent registered public accounting firms.
