NTT Optical Communication Symposium
Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) will host the NTT Optical Communication Symposium, to be held on April 8 (Wednesday) and April 9 (Thursday) at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center (TOKYO BIG SIGHT).The symposium During Duri The thewill feature NTT's "optical vision" and future prospects for multimedia services following the completion of network digitization, highlighting NTT's approaches toward optical networks and its latest R&D achievements.
During the event, NTT will describe its future vision for optical communication. A series of speeches will also be given by noted experts in the infocommunication business from Japan and abroad, covering a variety of themes such as infocommunication policy, corporate management and information development in regional areas reflecting this new era of optical access networks.
ExhibitExhibits will be designed to showcase NTT's wide range of capabilities in the field of optical networks. New services and latest technologies in optical communication, as well as current progress in the shift towards optical networks, will be displayed.
Workshops will also be held to give detailed information on NTT's recent services and R&D developments from persons in charge within the NTT Group.
