NTT to Issue U.S.-Dollar Global Notes

Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) announced that it will issue its first U.S. dollar-denominated global notes since its privatization, as follows (details determined in New York on March 18, local time):

Note NTT has issued U.S. dollar-denominated notes in the U.S. capital market twice since its privatization, first in July 1988, but these new notes are the first U.S. dollar-denominated notes issued by global format.
