September 10, 1998NTT to Hold Interconnections Seminar in the U.S.
(Announcement of Time and Place)
Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) and NTT America, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary, will jointly hold a "Seminar on Interconnections in Japan" in Washington D.C. this October 7.The seminar's aim is to encourage mutual participation in the Japan and U.S. markets by introducing the structure and current situation of Japan's telecommunications network interconnections and promoting a better understanding of progress made in the opening up of the Japanese telecommunications market.
Although NTT released information on this topic on August 26, NTT makes this announcement because the formal time and place of the seminar has been decided.
