NTT DoCoMo to be Listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange |
The Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) applied on September 14, 1998 with the Minister of Finance to list the stock of NTT Mobile Communications Network, Inc. (NTT DoCoMo), a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT), on the TSE's first section. Accordingly, NTT will sell 218,000 shares of NTT DoCoMo's registered non-par-value common stock. The offer price will be set later, in consideration of the result of bookbuilding. NTT DoCoMo will also issue 327,000 new shares as part of the offering, which was decided at a board of directors meeting held today. |
