NTT America Subsidiary Launches "Arcstar" Internet Service "Arcstar Internet"
ntta.com, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT America, Inc. (Keisuke Nakasaki, President & CEO), launched a nation-wide Internet service branded "Arcstar Internet" today. The service is designed to meet the needs of the growing business market for a cost-effective and reliable Internet solution.Arcstar Internet has approximately 200 access points and serves a majority of the principal metropolitan areas including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago. Arcstar Internet provides its customers with high quality, high speed Internet access and related services, and full customer support. Customer care and support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to serve customers' immediate needs. Japanese assistance is also available 10:00-18:00 EST on weekdays.
Arcstar Internet offers a full menu of Internet services including Internet connectivity (dedicated access, frame relay access, dialup, and ISDN), web hosting and server collocation. Customers can select among a full range of speeds (from 56K to T1 and above) and rely on state-of the-art facilities for the outsourcing of management and day-to-day operations of Internet servers. International roaming of management and cost-effective way to access the Internet and send/receive e-mail while Arcstar Internet customers travel in Japan, will be added to the service menu in the near future.
