NTT Group consists of NTT (Holding Company), its 536 subsidiaries and 89 affiliated companies (as of March 31, 2010). The principal businesses of NTT Group are its regional communications business, long-distance and international communications business, mobile communications business, and data communications business. The principal elements of NTT Group’s businesses and the main consolidated subsidiaries in each business are as follows. Among NTT’s main consolidated subsidiaries, NTT DoCoMo, Inc. (NTT DOCOMO), NTT DATA Corporation (NTT DATA), NTT URBAN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (NTTUD) and XNET Corporation are listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and NJK Corporation is listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. |
