NTT Implements Organizational Reform
Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) will restructure the organizations related to the global business to strengthen its organization in order to expand the global business.
1.Overview of the Organizational Reform
Considering our rapid global business expansion through strategic M & A and capital alliance, NTT has decided to reform Global Business Strategy Office that is under the division of Strategic Business Development Division to the department that report directly to the president in order to strengthen the function of global strategy and business contact related to the global business.
NTT will also change the name of its department to Global Business Office.
2.Effective Date of Implementation
